How much of my time does this take?

Almost none. You fill in one onboarding form and give me access, and then it's mine to build. No calls to sit through, no homework, no checking in.

Do I have to be on any calls?

Never. Everything happens over message and a shared doc, on your time. That's the whole way I work, on purpose.

What if my Pinterest is tiny or brand new?

That's fine, I build from wherever you are, including from scratch. A small or empty account is often easier, because there's less to undo.

How long until it's done, and until I see traffic?

The build is handed back within 10 working days of me receiving full access. Traffic itself takes longer, because Pinterest is slow to warm up, and I won't pretend otherwise. What you get quickly is the engine built right so the slow part is actually building.

What's the Tailwind thing?

Scheduling runs through Tailwind, a separate tool you pay directly to them (their Pro plan, currently around $29.99 a month). It is what keeps your pins publishing across the 12 weeks without you touching anything, and you keep full control of the account.

Do you do refunds?

Because this is bespoke work, it's non-refundable once I've started. If you change your mind before then, email me in writing within 24 hours of buying and I'll refund you in full. You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel, but by asking me to start straight away (which you confirm at checkout) you agree that once the work has begun you may be charged for what's already done.
