These terms apply to your purchase of the Hyperfocus Content Engine. By completing payment you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following in full.

Digital product, one-off payment: £47
The Hyperfocus Content Engine is a digital product. It is a set of AI prompts, including the Setup Wizard, the brain-dump prompts, the prompts that turn your plan into finished posts and the Restart Protocol, plus the instructions for using them.
It is a self-guided system. It is not a course with live support, coaching, or a done-for-you service, and I do not write or post content for you.
Your Content Engine is delivered by Payhip straight after payment, attached to your confirmation email in two formats: a web page (HTML file) and a printable PDF. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder. It is a one-off payment with no subscription, and the files are yours to keep, so please save a copy somewhere safe.
The prompts are designed to be used in Claude or ChatGPT. These are third-party services run by other companies. You need your own account with one of them (the free tiers are fine to start), and any paid plan is a separate cost payable directly to that provider and is not included in your purchase price.
I do not control these tools. Their features, limits, pricing and the answers they give can change at any time, and how you use them, including what information you choose to share with them, is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
AI can get things wrong. Everything the prompts help you create is a draft for you to read, check and edit before you use it. You are responsible for what you publish, including making sure it is accurate, that any claims you make are true, and that it follows the rules of the platforms you post on.
The Content Engine is built to make creating content easier and more doable for a neurospicy brain. I cannot guarantee specific results, including how much content you produce, your reach, followers, traffic, sales or income. Results depend on your business, your offer, how you use the system and things outside anyone's control, like platform algorithms.
When you buy the Content Engine, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own business. You may not resell, share, give away, upload or republish the prompts or files, or pass them off as your own product, and you may not use them to deliver a paid content service to clients.
The content you create with the prompts is yours to keep and use however you like. What stays mine is the system itself: the prompts, the wording, the structure, the files and the Messy Little Empire brand and methods.
Because the Content Engine is digital content that you get straight away, the usual 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once you have downloaded or opened it. At checkout you ask for immediate access and confirm you understand this. That means I do not offer refunds just because you have changed your mind.
Your statutory rights are not affected. If anything is faulty, will not open, or is genuinely not as described, email me at Gill@MessyLittleEmpire.com and I will put it right, whether that is resending the files, fixing the problem or, where appropriate, a refund. Full detail is in my Refund Policy.
How I collect and handle your personal data, including your name, email address and order details, is set out in my Privacy Policy. I never see anything you type into Claude or ChatGPT while using the prompts.
After you buy, you will get a short run of emails that walk you through things in order. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. For questions or access problems, reply to your receipt email or email me at Gill@MessyLittleEmpire.com. Please allow up to 2 working days for a reply.
