These terms apply to your purchase of the Launch Kit. By completing payment you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following in full.

Digital product, one-off payment: £129
The Launch Kit is a digital product. It is a bundle of guided workbooks, cheat sheets and templates that takes you from “I have an idea” to a launched first product: the Niche Decision Workbook, the 7-Day Launch Roadmap, the Build It Fast Cheat Sheet, the Pricing Guide, 10 Product Description Templates, Selling Without Feeling Salesy, a one-month content calendar, the Beginner Blog Guide, the Affiliate Quick Start, the 200 Prompt Clarity Bundle, a set of Canva pin templates and a progress tracker.
It is a self-guided system, built to be worked through in short, finishable bursts. It is not a course with live support or coaching, and I do not build your product or your launch for you.
Your Launch Kit is delivered straight after payment, attached to your confirmation email as a set of downloadable PDF guides, worksheets and templates. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder. It is a one-off payment with no subscription, and the files are yours to keep, so please save a copy somewhere safe.
The 200 Prompt Clarity Bundle included in this kit is designed to be used in Claude, ChatGPT or another AI tool of your choice. These are third-party services run by other companies. You need your own account with one of them (the free tiers are fine to start), and any paid plan is a separate cost payable directly to that provider and is not included in your purchase price.
I do not control these tools. Their features, limits, pricing and the answers they give can change at any time. AI can get things wrong, so anything the prompts help you create is a draft for you to read, check and edit before you use it, and you are responsible for what you publish.
The Launch Kit is built to make launching your first product easier and more doable for a neurospicy brain. I cannot guarantee specific results, including whether you finish the workbooks, launch on time, or make any sales. Results depend on your idea, your effort, how you use the system and things outside anyone's control, like platform algorithms.
When you buy the Launch Kit, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own business. You may not resell, share, give away, upload or republish the workbooks, templates or files, or pass them off as your own product, and you may not use them to deliver a paid service to clients.
The product, descriptions and content you create using the Launch Kit are yours to keep and use however you like. What stays mine is the system itself: the workbooks, prompts, templates, wording, structure, files and the Messy Little Empire brand and methods.
Because the Launch Kit is digital content that you get straight away, the usual 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once you have downloaded or opened it. At checkout you ask for immediate access and confirm you understand this. That means I do not offer refunds just because you have changed your mind.
Your statutory rights are not affected. If anything is faulty, will not open, or is genuinely not as described, email me at Gill@MessyLittleEmpire.com and I will put it right, whether that is resending the files, fixing the problem or, where appropriate, a refund. How I collect and handle your personal data, including your name, email address and order details, is set out in my Privacy Policy. I never see anything you type into Claude, ChatGPT or any other AI tool while using the prompts in this kit.
After you buy, you will get a short run of emails that walk you through things in order. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. These terms cover the specifics of the Launch Kit. They sit alongside my general Terms of Use, which also apply to your purchase and cover the shared things like limitation of liability, intellectual property and events outside my control. If anything on this page conflicts with the general terms, the specific term on this page is the one that applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
