These terms apply to your purchase of the Pinterest Income System. By completing payment you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following in full.

The Pinterest Income System is a digital product. It covers what to do once the traffic has arrived: the main guide, the Funnel Builder Workbook, the Quick-Start Checklist, the Canva Template Pack Brief (a brief for 4 templates) and a tracker.
It is a self-guided system, designed to be read once and built once. It is not a course with live support or coaching, and I do not build your funnel, freebie or emails for you.
Your Pinterest Income System is delivered straight after payment, attached to your confirmation email as a set of downloadable PDF guides and templates. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder. It is a one-off payment with no subscription, and the files are yours to keep, so please save a copy somewhere safe.
The Pinterest Income System is built to make turning traffic into sales easier and more doable for a neurospicy brain. I cannot guarantee specific results, including your sign-ups, conversions, sales or income. Results depend on your offer, your funnel, how you use the system and things outside anyone's control, like platform algorithms.
When you buy the Pinterest Income System, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own business. You may not resell, share, give away, upload or republish the guide, workbook, checklist, brief or files, or pass them off as your own product, and you may not use them to deliver a paid service to clients.
The funnel, freebie, emails and offer you create using the Income System are yours to keep and use however you like. What stays mine is the system itself: the guide, workbook, checklist, brief, wording, structure, files and the Messy Little Empire brand and methods.
Because the Pinterest Income System is digital content that you get straight away, the usual 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once you have downloaded or opened it. At checkout you ask for immediate access and confirm you understand this. That means I do not offer refunds just because you have changed your mind.
Your statutory rights are not affected. If anything is faulty, will not open, or is genuinely not as described, email me at Gill@MessyLittleEmpire.com and I will put it right, whether that is resending the files, fixing the problem or, where appropriate, a refund. After you buy, you will get a short run of emails that walk you through things in order. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. These terms cover the specifics of the Pinterest Income System. They sit alongside my general Terms of Use, which also apply to your purchase and cover the shared things like limitation of liability, intellectual property and events outside my control. If anything on this page conflicts with the general terms, the specific term on this page is the one that applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
