These terms apply to your purchase of the Pinterest Traffic Playbook. By completing payment you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following in full.

Digital product, one-off payment: £17
The Pinterest Traffic Playbook is a digital product. It is the DIY search-first system for getting found by people already searching for what you do: the main guide, the Keyword Worksheet, the Pin Template Design Brief (a brief for 10 Canva templates) and the “Where I Got To” tracker.
It is a self-guided system, designed to be done tired, in the evening. It is not a course with live support or coaching, and I do not build or manage your Pinterest account for you.
Your Pinterest Traffic Playbook is delivered straight after payment, attached to your confirmation email as a set of downloadable PDF guides and templates. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder. It is a one-off payment with no subscription, and the files are yours to keep, so please save a copy somewhere safe.
The Pinterest Traffic Playbook is built to make getting found on Pinterest easier and more doable for a neurospicy brain. I cannot guarantee specific results, including your reach, saves, followers, or traffic. Results depend on your niche, your pins, how you use the system and things outside anyone's control, like platform algorithms.
When you buy the Pinterest Traffic Playbook, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own business. You may not resell, share, give away, upload or republish the guide, worksheet, brief or files, or pass them off as your own product, and you may not use them to deliver a paid service to clients.
The pins, boards and content you create using the Playbook are yours to keep and use however you like. What stays mine is the system itself: the guide, worksheet, brief, wording, structure, files and the Messy Little Empire brand and methods.
Because the Pinterest Traffic Playbook is digital content that you get straight away, the usual 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once you have downloaded or opened it. At checkout you ask for immediate access and confirm you understand this. That means I do not offer refunds just because you have changed your mind.
Your statutory rights are not affected. If anything is faulty, will not open, or is genuinely not as described, email me at Gill@MessyLittleEmpire.com and I will put it right, whether that is resending the files, fixing the problem or, where appropriate, a refund. After you buy, you will get a short run of emails that walk you through things in order. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. These terms cover the specifics of the Pinterest Traffic Playbook. They sit alongside my general Terms of Use, which also apply to your purchase and cover the shared things like limitation of liability, intellectual property and events outside my control. If anything on this page conflicts with the general terms, the specific term on this page is the one that applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
