These terms apply to your purchase of the Pinterest Account Audit. By completing payment you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following in full.

One-off audit service: £147
The Pinterest Account Audit is a one-off service covering a full review of your Pinterest profile, board architecture, existing pins and keyword usage. It delivers a written report of prioritised recommendations, explaining what to change and why. It does not include implementing or fixing the identified issues on your behalf; that remains yours to action, or to commission separately as a further piece of work.
If the review finds genuinely nothing worth improving, your fee is refunded in full and you receive a short note explaining why your foundations are already solid. I will not invent problems in order to look busy.
The audit and report will be completed within 5 working days of receiving your Pinterest access and completed intake form.
The audit is a review and a set of prioritised recommendations. It tells you what to change and why, but putting the changes into practice is down to you, and how they perform depends on your niche, your offer and your own follow-through. Pinterest is a long game, so I cannot promise specific traffic, sales or follower numbers from acting on the report.
The audit report and recommendations I produce are yours to keep and use in your business. What stays mine is the behind-the-scenes side: my own templates, processes and the Messy Little Empire brand and methods.
Aside from the audit promise above, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel before work begins, you must notify me in writing within 24 hours of purchase at Gill@MessyLittleEmpire.com.
You are responsible for providing accurate Pinterest login credentials. You retain full ownership of your Pinterest account at all times.
Anything you share with me to deliver this service, including your Pinterest access, branding and business details, stays confidential and is kept secure, and is returned or deleted on request once the work is done.

These terms cover the specifics of the Pinterest Account Audit. They sit alongside my general Terms of Use, which also apply to your purchase and cover the shared things like limitation of liability, intellectual property and events outside my control. If anything on this page conflicts with the general terms, the specific term on this page is the one that applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
